• Customised products with your name are not eligible for return.
• In case of any quality issues, please get in touch with us—we will do our best to fix it for you.
• Exchanges are possible for size or colour issues (non-customised products). You will have to courier the product back to us in its original condition to receive a replacement or store credit.
